Transpire Releases RFQ
On October 5, 2005, Transpire, in partnership with the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO), released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
This RFQ will be used to develop a Consultant College to be used by the organizations in the provision of training and technical assistance nationally. This may include professional development offerings of NAHRO, on-site technical assistance, and capacity building efforts of Transpire through the NAHRO Access Alliance, the National Affordable Housing Training Institute and other contract vehicles.
Interested parties must respond no later than November 15, 2005. The complete RFQ and its attachments are provided below.
